This new series of torches from GP Batteries came with its own branded style and therefore required a different tone when compared to past pieces we’d done for them. They wanted more of an elegant feel for this project, so we stuck to a basic layout, opting to only include the torches themselves and the green wisps as supporting imagery. We wanted to avoid the more ‘fun’ feel we tried to express through previous designs so kept this design very information-focussed
Later down the line, we were asked to create a point-of-sale adaptation of this design to where the actual torches would accompany this design. The point-of-sale piece was designed to sit on a table top with the torches sticking out of the design and the statistics just below them. The positions of these torches are indicated on the design by the dashed circles above each torch section.
